During 40s we developed a particular making that today is named Riserva Oro Villa Aiola. Only 2 cheese wheels a year were being produced in order to be donated to beloved friends as a Christmas gift.
Riserva Oro Villa Aiola adapts to your needs at the very best. You can either enjoy it natural or use it to cook flavorful and tasty first courses or join it with a good wine to prepare exclusive and quality aperitives.
We recommend to keep it at room temperature for at least one hour in order to have a better taste of our cheese.
Recently we decided to make available an absolute specialty for more demanding customers: Riserva Oro Villa Aiola, produced with very high quality following the old recipe created by our founder Giuseppe and with a finishing of at least 50 months.
Riserva Oro Villa Aiola has a strong and solid taste due to the long-lasting aging, but at the same time it has a sweet and soft flavor thanks to the particular production and finishing processes.
Riserva Oro Villa Aiola is naturally without lactose. The lack of lactose is a natural result of the traditional production process.
